Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 2026

Naturallycrystal Concrete wants naturallycrystal.living to work for everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement shows how we approach it. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What We Aim For

We want a site that as many people as possible can use. Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. It is a widely used standard for accessible websites.

Steps We Take

To support that goal, we try to:

  • Use clear headings and a logical page order
  • Add text descriptions to images that carry meaning
  • Keep text readable with strong color contrast
  • Make the site usable with a keyboard alone
  • Build pages that fit phones, tablets and desktops
  • Write in plain, everyday language
  • Label form fields clearly

Where We Fall Short

Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Third-party content, such as embedded tools, may be outside our control. We check the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.

Other Ways to Get Help

If part of the site is hard to use, there are other routes. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@naturallycrystal.living and we will do what we can to help.

Tell Us What You Found

Feedback is welcome. Email contact@naturallycrystal.living and include:

  • The page or feature that gave you trouble
  • What went wrong and what you expected instead
  • Your browser, device or assistive technology, if you know it

We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.

Still Improving

Accessibility is never done. We will keep it in mind each time the site is updated.
